The South Village is a Historic District & a part of Greenwich Village's neighborhood that roughly speaking falls between Christopher Street and St. Luke's Place and is west of Greenwich Avenue and the Avenue of the Americas.

  • The Jefferson Market Courthouse - its history, architecture / the infamous trial at the turn of the last century / Stephen Crane
